All contractors must possess
🎫 Process Server License – A valid, current license for New York State.
👨💼👩💼 Valid Driver’s License – Must be government-issued and current.
🚗 Proof of Auto Insurance & Means of Transportation – Verification of coverage and reliable transportation.
📑 Completed Contractor Agreement – Completed and signed.
📑 Process Server Policy & Performance Form – Signed acknowledgment of company policies and performance expectations.
